my tip: invest on the PSU and Graphics Card since this is a gaming PC, graphics comes first before CPU pero ayaw sad palabii ug pasagad CPU ha.

for me invest in ur psu...if ur going for high end gaming den also invest in your video card and memory plus go for the best also in your mainboard and memory...

the price of this is almost 21,000 only since your budget is 25k so ikaw na bahala unsa imong upgrade ani..since your like into games..ikaw na bahala upgrade ba nimo imong monitor...or ang psu and the vga. hope it helps.

since its a gaming rig, i suggest a bit more powerful vcard. and since your low on the budget, you can settle for a mid-range card (9600GT - about 4k plus - its more than enough to handle the latest games at a decent graphics settings)...but you still have to get a good PSU. but dont overdo it. if you wont do SLI or crossfire a good 500W PSU will do (2-3k pHp i guess). you can also just settle for a core 2 duo proc, say E7400 (2.8Ghz). its about 2k cheaper than the Q8200.
