Default Question - regarding cellphone use in Cebu

    Hello,

I will be visiting Cebu next week and I currently have an Iphone. I don't want to be charged with a hefty roaming fee so here are my questions:
    1. Will my Iphone work in the Philippines? (bought in Canada)
    2. I'm not sure if my Iphone is "unlocked" - if it isn't how much does it cost to "unlock" the phone in cebu?
    3. Is there wi-fi in Cebu?
    2. Which is the best cellphone carrier for a pre-paid account? (considering I'm only there for 3 weeks)
    3. Are pre-paid accounts able to connect to the internet (not wi-fi)?!

And also, my sister has a blackberry curve, would that also work in the phils?

    please help..... thanks!

waaaahhhh!! wifi in cebu? of course. never heard pa na pinoys na outdated sa technology. basing on what people told me @ work( i work in a cruise ship). a lot of our guests "complimented" pinoys as very "techy" and up to date when it comes to gadgets.
