1) College Degree (4 years)
2) 3-4 years working experience in a Supervisory role
3) Computer Literate
4) Must be able to work in the evenings
5) Firm and no nonsense personality
6) Prefer background in manufacturing - but any production-related qualifications with strict attention to detail will suffice.
