over all its a very good deal. Its actually one of the best TV phones ive tried. best looking, size, shape,etc. Having said that,its not perfect.
Here are some of what i find that wrong with it (or could be better)
Its a TV phone. Viewed horizontally when watching TV. When using the TV, the volume keys are now positioned below the unit which is stupid. (other keys are in perfect position including the antenna)
why can’t they include a kickstand? So simple yet again as with most makers except nokia...they missed that one.
Ive never been a fan of touch screen so as with this, im totally unhappy with it. Maybe its just me. But no tackle feel is something that is greatly lacking for me. Haptic feedback would have been tolerable. no stylus means finger is the tool of choice here but i hate that.
Some things feel sluggish but overall its not that bad.
T9 does a decent job but i can’t figure out how to add new words to it. No qwerty keypad. If you are a text addict i don’t think this is the phone for you.
Now for the good part.
It has better reception that most other TV phones ive tested.
Sound is very loud and clear even though its mono only.
FM radio doesn’t need headset to be attached so its stand alone.
Using the touch screen is like a hybrid of Iphone and Samsung. Icons reminds me of some Samsung units. Unlocking the unit is like iphone where you have to slide your finger across the screen.
2MP camera, video recorder, analog tv, voice recorder, mp3/mp4 player,games, ebook reader, stopwatch, unit & currency converter. Calculator is basic with memory function but no percentage. Most of the basic fuctions such as calls, sms/mms are decent enough on this phone. personal management information stuff, calendar is pretty good, to-do list, multiple alarms set, etc.
Memory is expandable via microSD.
Bluetooth is available but didnt get to try it.
