If I buy an unlocked nokia e61i from the US can I use it here in the Philippines?

Will it work with the gsm frequency here? any possible issues?

Just ask bro from the sales person before buying it kay akong E-70 nga sa US napalit kay magamit ra within 15km radius from the city. Kutob ra sa Mingla sa south and consolacion in the north. Akong gipahiling sa ilang customer care dinha sa escario wala man silay nahimo.
