    Default defective item, di na ma refund?


    bought an mobo from a pc store and after 4 months the item started having problems and was found defective.

    di na day ma pa refund noh? usaon mani?

    ang offer gud nila is choose a mobo then credit nalang ang the rest kung wa ka abot sa price. pero wa naman gud gamit kay mostly ang available nila is lower end or very expensive.

    di sad sila mu order sa lain brands kay di sila ganahan sa warranty policy. what the!?

    maayo ta to refund para maka palit nalang sa lain shop. other BRANDS shesh.

    Replace ra gyud na bai from the supplier, I don't think they will refund your money.

    normal ra man ni diri na policy sa stores bro. kuha lang lain item equivalent sa imo mobo.

    wala gani sila ma ilis na tarong as of now, i mean dude mga available nila na mobos low end models that cost 2k+, the defective unit is worth 6k+. and he doesn't need any other hardware.

    and the point is the mobo that he wants which cost nearly the same is available on a different store. they give him the refund, he buys the mobo at the other shop, and as for the store with the defective unit they can have it replaced with the same or anyonther unit/s with the same value in the next batch of thier orders. done.

    note: gi phase out gud the supplier kuno nila ang model sa mobo day known to be defective gyud.

    bro you should have checked first the stores who offers refunds or any other warranty nga imung gipangita, nawa karon maglisod jud ka cause of there policy,

    you have no choice, replace item ra man kaha...

    note: gi phase out gud the supplier kuno nila ang model sa mobo day known to be defective gyud.
    nangunsulta pud ta ka daan.. a lot of newbies like me would come to forums like this or to personally close technicians for guides.

    naa man siguro na sila options nga ipa credit memo nalang ang value sa item then i purchase nimo og lain nga item sa the same store. pero kanang refund, daghan ma bunkrupt nga store ana if i implement na nato diri. sa us pwedi, pero diri, dili kay daghan maru.

    ana gyud na basta hala hala og dasmag lisod lisod gyud pod na pa credit memo nlng na oi or panguha item worth sa guba nimo mobo bahala bisag unsa na item gud
