Hi guys, need help. Do you know of store who can fix short circuit hard drives? Gkan ko pcxpress ug they think short circuit daw ang drive. Ipa check lang nako ni kay naa man gud ko important files dini. Anybody knows where? Thanks guys...

You forgot to mentioned about the brand of your HDD, Seagate/Maxtor? if it is ipa RMA na just PM infoseeker para ma tabangan ka...ayaw i diretso sa greenvalley kay sigurado ma void ang warranty. I tried ana before sa akong previous company 500GB sata shortcircuit jud cya mo aso pa gani if imo i on wala lang to nako gipa RMA coz wala koy authority. Anyway try lang bro sa ako suggestion para ma ilisan kag sealed refurbished jud k.

yup, try contacting ruelnov of greenvalley kay mao na ila gispecialize. pwede ra pud nimo na tauran og another board from a working hard disk na same model.

@yugi: naa daw siya important files. basin ang files niya is worth voiding the warranty.

if ur planning to buy a new HD. e slave nlng nah. basin pwede pah. usahay bya kanang mga technician magpataka bya nah. not that the pcxpress ky pataka. but we dont know.. ive seen imn many occasion na kini guba palit ani. pero dili diay mao guba.

BTW: if its ok to ask. unsay cause sa short circuit? my HD ky naguba once ky ni blackout nya na guba i have to reformat it. pero ok raman. la man na short
