AFAIK foreigner can only own and buy condo as stated on RA 4726 of 1966 or The Condominium Act of 1968. If there is such a bill or resolution, kindly provide some details or link where you heard the news. Kindly cite the source. Definitely. Of course I am biased towards this issue because I do not hold a Filipino passport. I believe I can inherit property though, not sure. However, my thinking is, if someone is paying taxes, there is NO reason they should not be able to own land.
