based on the reviews the performance gain is very minimal coz some of the new physics data is sent to the CPU and gfx card to be rendered

Don't rush in buying these yet. The technology itself hasn't matured yet. Game developers have yet to fully utilize the PhysX API. According to the Anandtech Review, the use of the PCI bus could be a performance bottleneck. We probably have a PCIe x1 revision coming up in the few months, should this technology prove itself useful to enhancing overall gaming experience.
