And this being Valentine's Day month, couples may like to take note that even kissing is beneficial - it

increases saliva production, which reduces the bacteria that causes gum disease (a proven contributor

to heart disease) - while hugs can lower blood pressure and stimulate the release of the bonding

hormone, oxytocin. So love hard - and live long!
