i have a question...if im purhasing products online, and pay it through paypal..will i need a credit card??
or pareha ra na sa western union nga pwde ra ka mu adto dn sende dyon ug money mas gamay man gud ug charge ang paypal compare through western union..pro ala kau ko kasabot how it works...

You do not need a credit card for paypal.
Just get the free EON Card from Unionbank, link it to your paypal account and thats it. The EON is a Visa Debit card.
