i just read from sunstar about the retrenchment sa LEAR..knowing na automobile industry..igo jud sila sa US recession which started last year...unsa man inyu buhaton if kamo ang naapil sa mga na-retrench?

retrenchment na jud? pait ani oi.. kay last month ubang compnany sa mepz nag reduce lang man sila working hours, mura 4 hours taga shift para di lang ma retrench ang mga workers.. faet.. sugod na jud ni..
