What's a call center?

Im just stating FACTS here and wat ive xperience ana na company naa ra sa mubasa if mutoo cla or dli and sa nag trabaho sad dd2 u cant blame me for it and u knw that im not fabricating stories here bsag ika pila pa na nin u bsahon akong post, i just want d pipol to be aware unsa na klaseha na company and also i want d company mismo to know unsa ka ta* ila systema.
i think all call centers have their flaws gyud..i dont think call centers operate perfectly..there is and there will always be downfalls with call centers, and its really unfair if we name a particular call center worst just bcoz we had bad experiences there or we didnt pass the exmas..etc..but i understand that if the premise is circumstantial not personal, then that would be a nice basis..dapat walay prejudice..good luck to everyone, may u find the right call center..

mao sad bro... mao lagih nih ubang callcenter when you apply kusog keu mang engganyo nah nindot ilang company.. but once you're there, wla nah, mah disappoint nlng kah... so if you plan to engage to this kind of job, better think it twice if dli nimo kaya ang mga pressures but naa mn dghn call ceneter nah nindot gyud (depende sad nah sa account).. heheheh rehas sa ako company krn, work for it with fun always!!!!!! yike....
yah ur ryt, to be honest wid u it was my first job gyd and bisag gamy swldo ok rabya nko kay mao lagi "pioneering" daw so nakasabot sad ko sa company and wa sad gyd koy idea pila gyd ang slary sa kanang mga call centers ang ako lang gyd super ka bulok ilang systema tanan agents dd2 sa ako panahon way magdugay, mabilin cguro kay nangaylangan gyd og kwarta. den ang management kay perting walay klaroha ang head sa HR kay asawa ra sa amerkano, murayHR na kuyaw kayg systema if dka ka hatag sa imo NBI clearance kay i hold imo swldo han2d mahatag nmo. naka suway ko dd2 stryt 2 mnths trabaho waly restday den tungod burn out nakay ang mga agents nag hatag daun cla rd. once a week ra sad. ang TAX gyd ako wala nsabtan dd2 perting dakoa sa ako TAX den perting gamaya sa ako swldo den wa pa gyd ko ni pass og any requiremnts like SSS, TIN, pag ibig. ambot asa na nila gpamutang ang kwrta namo. walay kwnta ang mga positions dd2 kay ma teamlead mn ka or ma tier2 1k ray diperencya or lesser. ma late ka good as absent imo slwdo, sak2 ba nah? karon sa ako gi workan ma late ka og 2 mins 4 pesos ray makuha intawn. I feel sorry gyd sa nag work dd2 kay as in user friendly gyd kay nang companyaha. U cant even call this company a callcenter coz ol dey do der is CHAT.
wala ko masweto..ambut lng.pero daghan man nang resing og call center...akong manghud baya kay call center agent sa JY. sa CallTek.ok ra man daw cya.
