    guys..this thread is suppose to help people especially those who are aspiring to become call center agents to know which companies to avoid, some of you are really helpful giving out info's but makita jud ang bias although understandable kay syempre mao man imo experience. Maybe for those individuals who weren't able to get accepted sa certain company, give out a reason or experience ba kaya na wala mo nadawat or something, dili nang mag sige ra ingun ug "wala'y lami ang _______". I think for the benefit of all, give a reason not only expressing emotions nalang, because i feel that a member here hates a particular company but wala enough reason - malibog baya pud tawon ming readers dba? I've read also another thread na comment ni sya na member but still wala reason puro ra pana-ot.

    I know this is intended for opinions but I believe the thread starter wanted this more of a help sa tanan dba? This is my opinion and reason pud, Im aspiring also to become a call center agent and I find this very helpful, so please let us keep it that way, na helping hands ta permi.. dba?

    i'm contented kung asa ko karon, almost 5 years na, so far so good for my career, depende ra sad cguro na kung unsa ka nga klase nga trabahante

    it's not about the company but it's the implementation of policies and the people who implement it. pero not all... malas lang usahay kung maka-timing ka ana nga kind of tao.

    pero the job itself is not that bad. ok ra kaayo mag callcenter wui. despite what people will say sa mga tao nga degree holder nga napunta ra sa call center... being in a call center could make you grow as a professional.

    it's true that most companies fall because of how it's being managed.

    I couldn't say what call center is the worst for i still have no comparison. eTel is my first ever call center to have worked with and i've been here since 2006 after i graduated college. So far, there were few things that pissed me off but i won't say that this company is bad or worse than other BPO's. I would say that this company's AFI is only when it comes to promoting promotable agents. Why i said that, bec during those times when my promotion was processed we don't have any strong and good program leaders, as a result it took almost 4 quarters to promote us. But now we are smooth sailing & looking forward for a stronger team in 2009

    For those people who hated eTel bec they found the examinations during recruiting process non-sense, maybe you were expecting an easier one that's why you didn't pass. Recruiting dept. used this not only in one site but all throughout eTel sites across the country, so it must have been logical to put this kind of process in hiring people to get the qualified ones. I guess you are just not what eTelecare needs!
