Need help LOW VIRTUAL MEMORY

mga bro! any suggestion unsaon ni pag solve nga problem, kay sometimes man gud mo message cya nga low virtual memory basta magpadagan ko ug application labi na RAN online ako duwaon, any idea?

specs sa pc kay: 64 bit sempron

Proc: 2600+ Sempron
Mobo: Epox
Mem: PQI 256 pc 400
hdd: 80g maxtor
vcard: ati 9250 128(128bit)

try to adjust paging file

right click MyComputer>Advanced>Settings in Performance Options>Advance Tab>change(max)

right click on "MY COMPUTER"
> properties
> advanced
> performance: settings
> advanced
> SELECT "custom size" and copy this settings:
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* initial size (mb): 768
Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* maximum size (mb): 1024
> click SET
> hit "ok" until all windows are closed...
> finally restart your PC and be happy


it should not pop-up anymore

I should be also suggesting to Add more RAM, at least 256mb of extra ram...

256MB is VERY MINIMUM today... so better yet upgrade to 512MB
