    Default CMOS battery concern, need your help.


    Hi guys, nkatry naba mo nga bisag bag-o pa nko giilisan ang battery sa desktop PC, mao lang gihapon ang problema sa System clock mubalik sa date nga gi-manufactured? Libog jud ko kay usually kng ingon-ani ang problema ilisan man dayun nko ang battery, but this time 2 times na nko giilisan ug bag-o mao lang gihapon mubalik sa oras nga sayop.

    Kay ngano kaha ni?

    1 more thing, i did reseted and cleared the jumper of it. But the problem still persist.

    check your time zone or internet time.

    i already did, but nothing happen... after i restarted PC, for some hours the problem still occur.

    Bro it obviously your BIOS is having problem with the time. You should update your BIOS version for sure it will be normal again. ELSE if you had update it already, revert the original version that was stable.

    Clearing CMOS is the basic things to do when bios is screwing up..but the best thing is FLASHING ur bios correctly, WARNING:BIOS Update needs expertise you should be careful when updating, be sure you have the latest bios you have downloaded and be sure you will not loose power when flashing.

    tan awa to battery holder sa cmos basi luag di mudapat sa battery nakasuway ko ana na reset ako gibuhat gipiko lang ang connector sa holder para mohugot hangtod ron wa na nabalik ang reset

    bro, dli man ma reset ako PC... hugot sad ang holder, its merely the system clock ra jud. But thanks anyway for the contribution.
