    Default 32-bit in 64-bit server environment?


    how can i run 32-bit programs or apps in a 64 bit windows server 2003 environment? thanks!

    They either run or don't run. There is no hack or tweak to make them run. Most 32 bit programs do run in 64 bit environments. The only apps that will have problems are those that need access to the hardware ... in which case, there is nothing you can do but to wait for a compatible driver from the vendor.

    There is compatibility mode if the problem is just software. Right click on the program and use it. If it's hardware though, you and many others are SOL.
