Thread: the JAZZ thread

Anybody here listen to jazz? No, not the old ones... definitely not Louis Armstrong or Marvin Gaye.
I'm talking about the real smooth ones... jaw-dropping bass lines and exceptional drum work.. some horns and an acoustic guitar...

I've been listening to crossover for awhile and I really dig some of the stuff they're playing on air. The problem is, I don't know any of the artists or the songs. I've been to their website: www.crossover.com.ph , but their compilations are just the generic ones... not really the extremely talented bands I'm trying to find.

Can anybody help me out? Please, post something... anything!!!
