You can't.. unless you buy all of those domains.

Once you buy sibuyas.com, no one can use it already. However, they can still use sibuyas.biz, sibuyas.ph, etc. So.. you have to buy sibuyas.biz and sibuyas.ph also.. so on and so forth.

I don't know if there is.. most companies I know that didn't want their name used had to buy all the domains.

A domain is not your intellectual property. Different countries also have control over their individual top level country domains.

You can't patent domains because you didn't invent it.
