IBM ThinkVision LCD Monitor Problem

Help me how to fix this problem.

I know monitor ang problema, naa lang ko e ask ninyo basin naka encounter mo about ani. Ang LCD IBM ThinkVision, bag-o jud ni sya nako napalit. Gi test ni b4 gipalit nya OK man siya.

Karon pag abot diri sa Pilipinas, naay problema kay mokalit ug change ang normal color to yellowish as in yellow jud siya, nangita ko ug way nga ma fix mao akong gi tandog ang iyang video tcable duol sa pins, ma solve ang problem pero mo balik man lagi.

Kinsa naka encounter ani nga problem? Gi unsa ninyo pag solve? dili man gud ko kapataka ug abli ani kay sensitive baya ang LCD monitor compare to CRT.

ang iyang nang CCFL bro kana iyang murag flourescent tube nga mao naghatag ug kahayag sa display.. kanang mu action sya ug ka yellow kay murag ka punderun na ang iya bulb.. dili na kay sya hayag . kung gikan sya off state nya e on nimo klaro pa sya??then pila ka minutes mu yellow na?

no, inig on, ok siya pero mo flicker siya den mo change color to yellow pero dili na siya stable nga yellow, mo balik sad siya ug normal state. Ako gi check ang mga pics, ok man unta siya dili man sad luag or what.

Kong punder ang issue, grabe sad mapunder nga bag-o pa gani nako ni gigawas sa cartoon. Sayang kaayo ni dah, 19" baya ni nga LCD...hahay!

could be a loose contact issue on the cable.Maybe this is caused by improper handling on the way nimo dri sa Pinas.The loose contact maybe on the PCB(printed ckt board) located inside the LCD.I have a feeling of a loose solder on the connector pins that receives the cable.Let someone do the solder thing if youre not qualified.

Actually. FedEx ang nag dala paingon sa pilipinas, duda jud ko naay loose contact sa mga pins..thanks sa input bai pero magamit pa nako bisan mo flicker kay mo balik ra man kong tandogon sa iyang cable

Do first what bro plak states here. Thats the first step. If no good results, chances are already stated by bro luwid. But we cannot also discount other suspects.
