first of all, im not so sure if this is the right place for this thread, however since this is the only place i see real estate so i assume. anyhow to start, i signed documents and paid 5k, august 1st week. and completed all my requirements on that day itself. the sect told me that permit to occupy will be release max. this 2nd week of sept. as a matter of fact, i also issued PDC for the equity and my first payment will be this coming 9/15.
monday i called the sect and this time her answer is -- she's not sure. and perhaps for me to occupy she will settle for temp. permit ....
my question are:
1) incase permit to occupy wont be release before 9/15. is it normal, or is it also happening to others that i will be paying for the equity even i cannot stay?
2) how possible that i can occupy the house by 2nd week of sept?
3) usually how long is the processing before permit to occupy be released?
