all i can say is that nindot ang cvg, esp ang insurance, ang quarterly, ang annual raise depende sa imo performance, d man gyud kaayo dako ang pay, pero not SPRINT! I was with sprint for 2 years and 7 months, usa lang ako ma advise to who ever wants to go for sprint, AYAW NALANG MOG TUGA2!!!! esp karon panahona, NA BUANG na nang management dha, ILANG IR ug CSAT impossible na kaayo ug ilang capping! BUANG2 NA NA SILA SA ILANG GI DEMAND NA METRIC! and i hope management can read this! WAY AYO ANG SPRINT NA KARON! OK ra sauna mga 2 to years ago or earlier. KARON, AY NALANG MOG TOGA TOGA2! MAMATAY RAMO DHA! way nindot dha!dili kabayran ang abusar nila sa mga agent dha! luoy KAAayo mga agent dha! mao ng ni biya ko..mao ng kamo mga new be ay nalang mo sa sprint.d mo magdugay! cvg is good but N-O-T SPRINT!
for the new applicants, dili man sila mag buot kung asa sila nga account gusto..mag base mana ang mga recruiters sa ilang exams..pero pwede ra sila mubalibad sa account nga e assign sa recruiters nila...
daghan nag ingon nga nice daw kaau ang sprint and mga bigatin kaau daw...bati na diay karon...tsk tsk tsk...
thats right. you cant demand or choose to be in sprint. you will be profiled to it according to your exam scores as well as your interview results. only the best goes to sprint. not for the weak of heart. agents here are very good with customer service as well as with technical. the pride of cvg. though metrics are hard but not impossible. if others can reach it what makes you different? its just a matter of being passionate and being serious with your job.
yah...the pride of cvg...because most managers came from Sprint sad... ako boss sauna came from Sprint...
uu mabaid gyud ka sa sprint kay lisod man kaayo.you have to work hard on it every SINGLE day with the very lisod na metric, with no avail. if avail man gane.seconds lang OR 1 MIN OR 2. gamay nalang kaayo ang hi flyer ug ang sales incentives, d pariha sauna nga dagko kaayo,ambot nganu na. yeah u can say that anybody can do it if serious sa job or passionate....but trust me there will come a time ma pawng na. bec kadaghan nakog kaila tenured nga seller, achiever pero wa na kasabot sa bag o na pamaagi, even though tenured sila, and if naay few quarterS they wont perform( which really happens coz u cant be lucky and be ON target all the time), buhian ghapon sila sa NEW MANAGEMENT. way ayo ang NEW MANAGEMENT....I MISSED THE OLD MANAGEMENT...NINDOT KAAYO TO SAUNA. wa nay ayo sprint karon.sauna ra.thats y if they give me a choice to come back in 3 months? no way. kamo nlng.
