    I set up SVN with WebDAV on iSTORYA's dev server some time ago. It took a bit of researching, but was rather painless. Haven't gotten around to integrating it with Trac yet. I suggest you do your research and start with Subversion's site.

    Hehehehe...

    Seriously though, if you have a specific question on setting up SVN, don't hesitate to ask.

    There's probably thousands of ways to set up subversion. I agree, you should ask a specific question.

    @simoncpu,
    thanks bro. anyways, all's well with the SVN setup( i think) when i checked via shell. however, i get an error if i try to access the repo via the browser..maybe i missed something sa config.will tinker around it some more.

    Make sure you have mod_dav on Apache set up correctly. It's rather trivial to set this up and copy/paste from most tutorials on the net should work flawlessly.

    have you tried adding users at the .htaccess part of the root directory?

    and yes, you need mod_dav for apache
