I read recently about sa mga kaboang sa mga tao sa pinas in another forum like na wala ilang kamera kai gi buak ang ilang window sa car then gi kuha ang camera.. share your safety tips for you and your camera..

I just though of something.. never buy a unit without a box unless you know that person.. this way ma discourage ang kawatan.. yehey!

whenever possible hide you camera inside your car away from view, but if you park in direct sunlight better bring your camera with you, remember its has lots of plastic parts which might warp or bend especially the shutter componenets.

anyway...securing ur cam is no different from other valuables
usa pud, never educate them like:
drawing your cam out from ur cambag like a tamrac, etc they might easily recognise a dslr bag so bisan naa pa s bag imo cam pero klaro kaau what ur bag contains...tempting target

@mikiloo: OMG.. that's very tempting.. 10k for mkIIIdS... how can we prevent that kana drawing out sa camera sa bag? tamrac baya akong bag.. lol.. hehe.. i'm just paranoid.. but you can never be too sure..
