on the IT personnel side kung dili necessary nga ang user tagaan ug access sa internet dili nako tagaan..what for?ang iya trabaho wla mgkinahanlan ug internet unta tagaan access,if kung kinahanglan..we give access but there is restriction...if you want, internet cafes now are everyware just go there and do what you want..
