What I use is PERLA . its the cheapest and most effective soap.
though it is not designed for skin, but for clothes, it does work ~ really

I do am using it, and I'm whiter than ever. Just do use moisturizer every after bath for your skin not
to dry out. and yah, do use anti bacterial soap first then PERLA then moisturizer.

I know a lot will disaggree bec. its for clothes, but like i care, it works for me.
