Best board would be the highest X38 or P35 chipset (Asus or Gigabyte are available locally) you can afford if you plan to mix it with those video cards you mentioned.

But if pure HTPC raka and no need to add VC, then go with AMD 780G chipset, best board with HDMI out na and a very HD-capable ATI 3xxxx built in video card

Sorry, I failed to read Micro Atx If intel then G35 gyud as of today. Ang p31 is nice, but encountered sa memory issues sa Gigabyte version, although they warn you about it is Website, still hassle kaayo.
