I am also having the same problem. I have been using my EON to pay for my monthly bill online but just recently, probably 3 days ago I tried to make a payment online but my debit card information is not being accepted. It says something like autorization failed. I tried calling Unionbank Toll Free # yesterday and they told me there's no restrictions on their end. Hasol kaayo coz I dont have a cc and the only way I can pay is through my debit card.

the thread started mentioned that he has been using that same card for 2 yrs already which means he already knows what cvv is. the problem he's having is that the merchant is not accepting it.

I had the same (and still have issues).
After 9 days, the branch finally followed up. And guess what? The *****s in Manila told them they did not receive the application, even it was confirmed after submitting it!!!
I believe, they have some big issues with their EON crap.
Then they said, I should enroll again, but they did not mention that their enrollment on their website is down since days...
So, how the f..ck can we enroll, if their enrollment is down?
Thats does not look very professional for me...

Well not all accepts certain debit cards, just like in go daddy..... the alternative way is to use a paypal or find another acceptable credit cards. It's a commong thing i guess just like any other cards..
