Please give your comments and personal experiences regarding postpaid subscriptions of cellular phones (esp. globe)
My friend's scenario is this:
He is a businessman. Three years ago, he had three close relatives who came up to him and asked him to open up accounts under
his business' name for faster processing. The relatives will assume the monthly dues.
Unfortunately, two of the relatives were not able to catch up with the payment and the lines have
been preterminated. tsk tsk.
Karon, siya na ang gigukod sa globe, through the latter's lawyers nga sige padala demand letter. Ingon siya magpapriso nalng kuno siya kay sa mobayad siya kay he is also losing sa business. (around 30K bayranan including pre-termination of 10K each) and dili man pud siya nag gamit sa post paid lines.
What could be his possible remedies? Pwede ra ba pasagda-an nalng niya nga ma-black listed siya sa globe?
