naa.... pwede gani ang output sa aircon butangan nimo ug tube padulong sa imong cpu...

puede kaayo nang aircon sa sakyanan...butangan lang nimo ug ducting/piping padulong sa sulod sa imong cpu...bantai lang sa moisture...puede pud tantangon nimo ang side panel sa imong casing then mag attach ka ug industrial fan...higot nimo sa casing...andar...COOL

or you can older a thermoelectric cooler (or tec) a.k.a. peltier from overseas online shops.
or dismantle the usb cooler sold at cdr-king (not sure lang sa size/wattage).

these are used to cool chips (cpu, gpu, etc.) to temps below zero for extreme users. you might be able to make a temp controller to regulate the voltage to the tec and control its temps.

if you take this approach, remember that the hot side of the tec needs a good cooler.

the heat dissipated at the tec's hot side needs to be neutralized, otherwise bye-bye tec.
