Desperately LF: Title of Song and Artist

Hi everyone:

I attended this wedding last Saturday and was enthralled by one of the songs the choir sang when the bride went down the aisle. it's a duet but i can't seem to decipher the title and the artist!! i was just able to catch the words "so from this day on...." at the end part of the chorus..

OC as I am, i've been looking for the song and I simply can't. tried to google it but nothing won't seem to match. waaaaaaa... so those who would like to rack their brains with this challenge, please please help me out.
