i need help with my printer

i've checked the settings and brought a new cable but dili japun ku kaprint...

the printer can perform self-test though...

there's just one thing thats bothering me, when i install the printer, windows can't detect any plug and play printer...

there are different types of installation when it comes to printer:

1. PNP or plug n play
2. CDFE (CD Front End) : common installation type, clicking the .exe of the printer driver
3. Add printer wizard : Go to start menu-->Settings--->Printer and faxes then click the Add printer icon(Just follow the steps)
4. Device manager: Once your PC recognized the printer, you will see a yellow question mark.So meaning you have you to install the said driver.
Right click My Computer then select Properties--->Hardware--->Device manager..then install

Note: Successful installation depends the type of installation you used.They have different approach, my advice is: try all type of installation.

unsay OS nimu? kay kung 98 below gani kinahanglan jud na installan nimu of driver para sa USB or para makadetect cya sa printer unlike sa XP and beyond kay no need na.

make sure right driver for the right printer.

also, pls check if naay software that hides folders, files, programs na na PC.

try SYSTEM RESTORE via my computer--->properties--->SYSTEM RESTORE

then install og balik imu driver
