Certified Level 2 Desktop Tech Support Support HIGH SALARY!!
- MUST be Certified from Microsoft, Dell, HP, Toshiba, Lenovo, or another remote desktop support BPO account.
- Must be strong at sales, customer service, and level 2 technical support on Windows
- First month training and nesting pay: 16k
- Salary after one month training: 28k - 32k
- 12 hours per day, 5 days per week
- FULL TIME ONLY!
- LONG TERM CONTRACT!
- We are seeking FULL TIME only, certified technical support reps to take customer technical support calls for various computer issues such as viruses, slow computer, fbi virus, malwares, rootkits, operating system reinstallation, networking, printers, routers, email problems, and more.
- You MUST be CERTIFIED or QUALIFIED to be certified from a known company or BPO in support from such companies as Microsoft, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Toshiba or similar technical support or remote support accounts.
- **Mac expertise is a plus!
- **Sales, up-selling, and cross selling experience for tech support services is required
