if you plan to build ur own house make sure nga naka save naka money 100k is not enough bai ug magdali2x ka basin unya maghiwi2x nag balay nimo .. akong suggest ayaw sugod ug imong money 100k ra. kasagaran karon maporma ang balay 250 to 300k porma. pagtigom lang sa maau kanang imong 60k labor rana..
