    Default Question about airsoft guns

Hello mods good day, I would just like to ask why my topic was locked while I saw several ads there selling airsoft is also not locked, if selling toy guns is illegal then some airsoft hobby shops would be shutdown and out of business, countrymall would also not sell those guns if they are illegal. Police would have raded kartzone for people playing airsoft games.

Is it because we are just selling LOW END or cheap guns thats why my thread got locked.

Anyway I wont go deep on this because I can post my ads in other sites, and besides I am not really in this business, I am just here to provide cheap aegs due to the fact that some establishments sell them at a really unfair high price.

Lastly before you locked my topic you should have informed me through a simple private message if you have proper netiquite.

To all the guys out there who want to order tuloy pa rin ang ligaya just PM me. All my transactions are legal, I was even planning to post the shipment bill to update you all.

The only way to legitimize airsoft importation, sale, manufacture and/or use is to repeal LOI 1264.

airsoft guns replica is illegal. it is an underground sport. it was unwise of u to say it wasnt.

"Is it because we are just selling LOW END or cheap guns thats why my thread got locked. "----i dont think thats an issue here.

kindly read up on the laws existing our lands as well as laws in airsoft. i have given you the national website so you may at least know the basic rules and laws that govern this undrground sport. have u only read the laws i would be assured of you not saying it was legal.

    Default Question about airsoft guns

jonjie_b thanks for pointing it out.

also, do realize that cebu city has a city ordinance banning toy firearms which, i believe hold a penalty or a jail time of not more than a few days.

daxc: selling airsoft is illegal ergo your transactions are illegal.

you go into a business without knowing whether it's legal or not. the people you say sell airsoft continue to do business without posting in this forum, i assure you that in the event they do, their thread will also be shut down.

post the links to the threads which sell airsoft guns and i will show you how fast i can lock them out.

There is nothing wrong with the discussion of airsoft guns, but selling them is another thing altogether.

sorry for the the necro post but i have to update this,

Airsoft is not illegal as long as you have permit from FED/FESSAG

    VI. MANUFACTURE AND SALE
All natural and juridical persons who intend to manufacture or sell airsoft
rifle/pistol shall apply for a license to manufacture or license to deal airsoft
rifles/pistols under the existing rules and regulations of the Philippine National Police
thru Firearms and Explosives Division of the Civil Security Group as provided for
under the provision of Revised Memorandum Circular Number 99-009.
Selling is legal aslong as the seller has permit from FED/FESSAG.

im NOT questioning the mods decision to banned selling of airsoft in istorya.net, i just need to update that the Circular is not intended to repell the LOI but it gives guidelines, owning an airsoft rifle is ILLEGAL only if its not properly licensed
