I'm looking for a room for rent with own CR and mini kitchen, or a studio type, a rent-to-own house/condo/apartment, or a house for rent. My budget is 5k -7K.

If possible, walking distance going to JY or just one ride away.

Near Ayala, SM or Mabolo is fine as long as it's one ride away going to Lahug.
