Guys, just wanna ask. I applied for DA 4 days ago and got a text 2 days later saying I have a scheduled exam tomorrow at 9am at Robinsons Cybergate. Actually, I am a newbie in the BPO/Call Center industry but def not my first job. Ask lang ko, what do I expect in the exam? would it be like the usual IQ exam or is there something more to that? Medyo layo ra man gud akong previous work from this one and I have a feeling na ma-culture shock gyud ko ugma...hope and pray for the best na lang hehe.
