    Thumbs up The Best Call Center Company


    Now you can boast a call center company that you think is the best.. May it be for their pay, benefits, work scheds, HR support, toxicity/laid back, TL/supervisor attitudes, ETC
    It's time to reveal, flaunt, boast! let's see whos really the best!

    I made this thread for those who will be aspiring CC agents.. Help them choose what is best for them!

    1st tell your "best" call center company
    2nd explain why.. flaunt ur experience w/ that company
    3rd compare it to other companies!

    lain lain mnjud tag na experience ug opinion noh...pero ako, naka work nko sa 3 ka callcenter companies pero sa sykes rako nagdugay...then nihawa ko ky nangita lgi ug mas dako nga sweldo ky dli mn kayo dako ug basic salary ang sykes, pero pg transfer nko sa lain gamahay ko..ky na realize nko nga ms nindot jud diay sa sykes compared sa akong mga na trabaho-an because of the following:

    1.) basic salary is low pero ang benefits DAGHAN, mao mahibong nlng ka nga bsan gamay ug basic salary dako ang kinsenas...mao diay kay kung gamay ug basic salary gamay ra ug witholding tax, so meaning didto sila namira ug padako sa mga benefits kay wla may tax

    2.) dli kayo stricto sa attire ig work. mag t shirt rko ug skirt nga maong (dli skimpy or short skirt saktro ra kanang dli law ay), mg chinelas rko mg work, bsta friday, satrday ug sunday nga shift, mg shorts rajud ko, tshirt or jogging pants chinelas. hahhah! NICE kayo..ky comfy.

    3.) nice kayo ang working environment (pasabot nako ang office) ky pwede raka mg timaan sa imong computer gigamit nya ang mga tawo pajud kasagaran ky mailhan ra nimo, kasagaran mga friendly nya maka chat ramo thru outlook express (email2x)

    4.) lingaw ang spamming2x sa outlook express while taking calls pawala stress

    5.) ang mga TL's, QA's ky pwede nmu close friend sa sobraan sa kdghan trainings bsag tenured nka

    6.) ang VL ug SL ky tag 20 20 nya convertable ug cash ang unused nga 20

    7.) pwede raka mkig swap ug schedule bsta maka kita kag ka swap and of course with the approval of ur TL (usually sugot bsta valid lng reason)

    8.) ang sweldo ky dli jd late...most of the times the day before or 2days before payday. (asa ka ana?!)

    9.) pwede ka mangayo ug one hour break (clinic break approved by the nurse) bsta naa kay body complaints unlike sa mga nabalhinan nko, lahi ra

    so far mao na ako ma say...of course naa jud nay disadvantages pero mao ni mga nindot didto.

    Been with 2 companies already, so far okay rako sa first pero mas nice ang 2nd.
    Been with Q ang nka nice ngad2 is so far lax keu ang entry den dghan keu chances ma staff ka. With my stay sa company 3 years ago, been into several departments until i decided to look for another company kai napul an nko og balhin2..

    Moved to Ctc which is in JY and will be celebrating my 2 years in the company by the end of the month.
    With my current company, CTC mas mka ingon ko nga mas ni angay ko here. Why? With these reasons:

    1. Free Meal and Free Snacks (Free 24 Hours snacks and beverages)
    2. Received less calls actually ang pinakadaghan kai 10 and 1 time, I only got 1 call for the whole 9 hours.
    3. Free ang internet. Before all sites but now murag dghan na g block nga site kai naa nasakpan nga nagdownload and nagwatch og porn (tsk..tsk..tsk..)
    4. Ang tanan staff approachable, TL, Sups, Admin apil ang President og Vice so bali at home keu. Kung dili busy, mka tagay pa na nimo ang Vice og Pres sa atbang or kung asa naa chance nga mgkasabay.
    5. Beerday Bash sponsored by the company(monthly party)
    6. Quarterly and monthly attendance bonus (dungan na)
    7. Okay ang Pay- medyo dako dako ang take home pay sa 1st nko nga company dako2 xa og more than 35%.
    8. aside sa 13th month pay og quarterly bonus, naa pa performance bonus and yearly performance bonus in which 50% kai ibutang sa PAMI(mutual fund)/
    9. Retirement Plan/Life Insurance (cocolife man tingali)
    10.Savings Plan
    11.Team Socialization Allowance (party for the team)
    12. Quarterly Team socialization Allowance(party japun pero quarterly)
    13. work schedule- kung dli ka gnhan mag night shift, approach ur TL or sups. been in the midshift for 5 mos now and been from morning shift (6-2) for 1 year and a half. (pede ra sad ka mohangyo og 8-5 nga shift depende sa sabot nnu sa TL)
    14. Work environment (kung wlay calls, u can play games kung wla g blocked sa IT, pero naa nka saved mga flash games. And pede pud mo magtabi2 ra sa nung tupad, basa og manga, kung wlay calls.)
    15. Ang pina ka da best i think are the trainings (dghan tech trainings nga magamit off work - internet and pc), actually usa ko sa nka taghap mka apil sa Cisco training..

    Pero of course, naa pud disadvantage kai dli man perfect ang company at least the company tried its best to let the agents feel at home as long as naa ka sa office.

    dude you forgot free meals, snacks, beverage, and fruits; also pag maka 40 calls per day ka you get and extra P100 and for the whole week maka 40 everyday naa pa jud ka extra P500 on top sa 100 per day; and if the whole team can meet the average of 36 call per agent naa pa jud extra P130; the rest na sulti na man siguro...
