    Default 20K Signing Bonus – Experienced Verification / Fraud Analyst


    We have an immediate opening for CSA’s that have experience in contacting customers to verify an online purchase. If you were a fraud analyst for a bank or retailer and made these calls to the US, we have the perfect job for you.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    •.Contacting customers of a major online retailer to verify that the online purchase was legitimate.
    • Provide enthusiastic and empathetic customer service via telephone, email and/or chat to exceed clients' time and quality expectations.
    • Be passionate about providing quality customer service and enjoys working in a consultative sales and service environment.
    • Be results-oriented and enjoys the challenge of meeting or exceeding goals.

    Requirements

    Candidate must have:
    • Completed at least 2 years college education.
    • At least 1 year experience as a customer service representative specializing in verification calls.
    • Completed accent neutralization training for American accounts.
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Willing to work on shifting schedules (including graveyard shift to start).
    • Willing to work full-time.
    • Demonstrated problem handling and analytical skills.
    • Computer proficiency.
    • Ability to be flexible, adaptable and work in fast-paced environment.
    • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
    • Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
