Tinuod gyud ni. Mao sad nang rason ngano naabot ko dris kabukiran sa NZ kay tungod sa kalisod dakpon anang PR sa SG.

I really enjoyed my 3+ years in SG kay naa tanan (duol sa Pinas, daghan amigo ka dota, basketball for life, gadgets, hawkers and malls everywhere).

Dili lang duha2 kundi ka 100 guro nako gihuna2 ug maau if worth ba ibalhin sa NZ given na enjoy na kaau ko sa akong life sa SG but I'm glad I took the risk and just after a year I experienced living in a different style a more relax and balanced one, sa sweldo sad mas daku ako mkuha diri sa NZ even daku ang tax. Minus the racism pa as kiwis are very well mannered unlike sa akong na-agian in SG.

Karon, settle na kaau diri unya nkatukod na ug pamilya with 2 ka chikiting. I still visit SG more often as mkamingaw gyud ghapon ang lugar as it has mostly everything ug naanad pud sa kinabuhi didto but I wouldn't be able to live there anymore kung long term na.

It's a matter of personal preference ug unsa imong gustong buhaton sa imong kinabuhi sa karon ug sa kaugma-on. Maybe karon single ka then SG unya mgka-edaran na nya pamilya na ang priority then maybe NZ/ OZ.

Ako na lang ni i-repost. 100 years from now, Filipinos will occupy the majority of NZ, know why? Because Kiwis are also migrating to Australia and Europe for 'greener pasture' not seen in the South Islands nor in Auckland. So there's that.

I have some Scot friends who migrated and will migrate to Oz and NZ...

One Scot colleague of mine said, "The winter in Australia is better than the summer back home (Scotland)."

but overall, SG is a good stepping stone para sa mga nagplano mo adto ug laing lugar...ideal for singles.
kung nakakuha tingale mi sa akong misis ug PR sa SG, naa pa tingale mi karon didto.

SG is in a weird situation right now, they want to remove/limit foreign workers but at the same time, they'll happily underpay those foreign workers.

Unless if you are PRC, then they welcome you with open arms.

Not Filipinos. Chinese and Indians will top the list respectively.

kung ako lang papilion, given nga madala nako akong pamilya lang jud, i'd stay in SG.. kay duol ra sa pinas, pwede ra uli anytime.. but so far i'm happy where I'm at right now.

Asians basically are slowly becoming dominant in NZ from legal to undocumented works but overall, the IT industry is still not booming and that's what hurts NZ's economy atm. Their backbone in agriculture is stable but lacks manpower so they supplement that with cheap asian laborers. A cousin of mine is thriving in IT in NZ according to him but contemplating on moving to OZ for better compensation and probably longing for a career. Therefore, he's definitely not part of a team of developers and the company may not be utilizing his skills further. Nag rent lang gihapon despite sa iyang pagka single.

So para nako, if happy ka anywhere and you think you can provide not just the needed finances but GENUINE TIME to your family then I guess you don't need to whine and compare. Comparing what's yours to another is a widely accepted form of INSECURITY.
