Drink more and more water , Eat more vegetables . Never eat before going on bed . Do some cardio exercises like , swimming , running , jogging and cycling .avoid all junk foods . hopefully soon u will be able to loss some weight . Best of luck

you cant choose what part of your body to get rid of fats off. However, if lose weight the first fats the will be removed will be the tummy, then sa lobot area and then sa neck.

equals healthy lifestyle, and do some weight training.. more muscles u have, faster u burn fats...
if jogging mo ... pde ra 20-30 mins interval training... which is walk, jog, sprint every 30 secs to 1 min depende nimo, daghan jud na ma burn especially mag apas ka sa ginhawa compared to an hour of jogging with same momentum..
and number one rule, if ur thirsty... drink!
I lose 10lbs in a month without strict diet. I did competitve swimming training 3x a week for a month. Guaranteed you will lose lots of pounds. Phelps will even have to consume 10000 calories daily during extreme training phase. What i love about this method is that you dont have to limit your eating which usually is our downfall in the quest we called "losing weight".. For me, is to look for a cardio sports that you loved like boxing, running, swimming, badminton... Be passionate about the sports and naturally you will lose weight in the process. Dont hurry up. Everything comes in process depending on your pace and passion of the sports. Dont think much of the losing weight mentality. As i said, naturally with the sports you did, u will lose weight and you will instinctly avoid food that is not suitable. Hope this helps based on experience.
