Depends on the budget. Of course kay girl ko, i would say na church jud! It's a public announcement of the marriage. But if dili makaya sa budget kay mahal man jud magpakasal sa church then y ahaton? Both are legal. And about blessings, even if church or civil, God's blessings will still be there as long as you seek it.

for me it really doesn't matter whether its in church or civil...nahimo lang gud ni sya nga issue coz we are in a Catholic country and our beliefs and traditions really affects sometimes to our decisions....what is more important in a relationship or marriage is the understanding, love and respect to both parties.....

for practical reasons maau gyud ang civil gamai rai gasto but mas nindot gyud ang church kai with blessings and so holy,you dont need to have a grand celebration to get married.my friend d.ai nga nag mas wedding sila,no bridemaids ,no grooms men,only abays.. and after kai didto dayun mu grandcon and joined by close relatives and friends ang gasto kai 10,000 rah.. no need na ang pa bonggahai kron..
