    great posts guys. peace
tnx bro. one thing ray masulti sa Bereans aning gitawag nga "freemasonry":

"Freemasonry is incompatible with the historic & biblical Christian faith."

and no matter daw how this kind of brotherhood upholds the principle of “Brotherly Love, Relief and Truth", they adhere to PLURALISM and UNIVERSALISM...and i think that is where some people are led to believe they have something to do w/ satanism or anti-christ theologies.

" To adhere to freemasonry is TO COMPROMISE the instructions of the Lord (1) against honorific titles, (2) against swearing (3) against taking his name in vain, and (4) the Apostles teaching against being unequally yoked w/ unbelievers."

and bro pijavier, it was already mentioned in detail by the Bereans how the initiation in the freemason was done...of course, different lodges may have different versions of it...just like the case of those 3-greek lettered frats, their "initiations" vary.

ang other rituals nalang ang wa nato mahibaw-an...actually, if u observe the rituals of the Mormon church in their temples, there are lots of similarities to the freemason rituals daw.

and in Nigel Cawthorne's book, he mentioned "freemasonry" as one of "The World’s Greatest Cults"...

if we ask why the heck did Dr. Jose Rizal came out as our national hero where in fact he is a free mason man diay kha? well, the americans were guilty of that...the idea of Rizal being our national hero was an american-sponsored idea, mainly by Taft...but this is not to say that choosing Rizal is not a bad idea...well, except that there is a group of people who also insist he is the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ...hahaha...remember the Rizalian cult?

anyway, here's some article about the american-sponsored idea of Rizal as our nat'l hero:

As mI see it , FREEMASONRY is about EMBRACING anyone who believes in a SUPREME BEING under one roof . That is probably a belief that life we will be living afterlife will be in accordance to whatever religion or god we believe in .

So in short , the VATICAN is trying to portary something BAD sa FREEMASONS but then again who are they to judge ? Yeah even ATHEIST when they die they go to HELL .

freemasonry is just saying, i respect what you believe and how you do it.. simple as that.. and respect begets respect and then peace comes along.. hehe..
that just goes against the teachings of religious groups or leaders.. that "my God" is the one true God and yours is the false one, then there is conflict..
and also, in history, it was written that rizal's sisters were freemasons which in fact are not really.. hehe..
and also, freemasonry is much older than 1375.. i heard in a meeting in one of their lodges about secrets of ancient egypt or something.. but then again.. its just a story im telling.. hehehe..

well, we cannot blame the Vatican portraying freemasonry as something bad...Their main stance is that "due to freemasonry's PLURALISM & UNIVERSALISM theolgy, it is therefore incompatible with the historic & biblical Christian faith. to add, embracing it compromises the instructions of our Lord Jesus Christ."

now as a Christian, which moral authority would u believe more, the freemasonry or the church?

i know that the Vatican is not in authority to judge every people's beliefs, but they have a religio-political responsibility to their flock to let them know that what they are doing and will be doing is outside the boundaries of being a Christian...just my thoughts though.

    That's funny. once again.

There are Catholics who are FreeMasons yet the Vatican does not like the craft, it's like Fr Suarez, A Catholic Priest being ridiculed by his fellow Catholic Priest.

what am i implying? hahahahahaa I don't know... kamo lay sabot.

My personal opinion is that there is a danger of making the craft more important then the church.

Why would all these rumors about FM being a cult come out? why do some people think of it as a religion? why the close relationship to mormonism?

    (speaking my mind)
