I believe it's turning out better, lahi ang expectations coming in, we are actually catching the competition off guard. Kay from DDO, karon swing offense napod and they are getting better at it. Size ra gyud ang kulang kay maskin nipis ta sa PG spot, kaya ra nila Abueva, Romeo, MGR ug Norwood moPG in some stretches. I think dili na needed si Jimmy sa roster. Tan-aw nako, si Jimmy ug Aldrech Ramos ang mawala ani nga lineup, kinsa kaha ang 3 others?

Kung mubalik ug grass roots ang SBP for thw national team, tan-aw nako dli gihapon magsilbi ky ang mga maayong laki, muambak ra gihapon na sa PBA ky naa didto ang kwarta. Gawas nalang ug daghan ug kwarta ang SBP to challenge whatever money ang i-offer sa commercial ballclubs. Dli lang 1 or 2 years ha but for a long time nga budget.

Ang most reasonable siguro ky magbuhat ug mandate ang SBP nga dapat mu-follow ang ballclub on whatever/whoever is requested by the national team else naay penalty. Bug-at nga penalty not just money. Suspension siguro sa team to compete on any league sanctioned by SBP. Time na nga naay ngipon ang SBP nga labaw pa sa mga teams/corporations/players/coaches nga supposed to be under nila.

Pareha unta sa FIBA nga kung naay binuang, ban gyud to participate sa mga leagues sanctioned by the body.

Ako-a lang na ha. Not sure ko kung allowed ba na sa law.

Nindot naman unta to ang sistema sa Gilas 1.0 nga ang player instead nga mababad sa D-League kay sa national team moduwa. Eventually, mosaka man gihapon na tanan sa pro ranks, but for 2-3 years ok na kaayo na nga program kay makatransition ra man na ug tarong in the long run. kay for example naay mo pro, naay mahibilin sa program then naay bag-o manulod. Tapos kung kulang ug players, that's the time manghuwam sa PBA pero at least dili na kaayo ta dependent sa PBA

Ideally, nindot unta kung ingon ani. But teams, corporations, and players will always find a way to circumvent this. So instead of using a choke, use the handshake, and instead of driving the point with a hammer, mas maayo to appeal to the heart. That way, ang mahibilin gyud sa program is kadtong tinuod nga gusto gyud moduwa for the NT, sa tagalog pa, bukal sa loob.
