God is the reason of our existence.
Tama ka Velvet. and no one is pushing it down your throat. its just that people question those who believes in GOD. Tubag rapud ang nagtuo. fair enough to me.Originally Posted by Velvett

but, my point is...who chose for me to become a christian, not islam-buddhism-etc.? was it me, NO. smiley
who then...parents, society?
if you grew up, somewhere in the middle-east, you'd have a different religious inclination.

I really pity them if ever they are regreting what you become. Otherwise, good luck.
I'm not that too clever on this but, I think your parents wants the best in everything for you.
Everything means, including the best choice of religion they want you to grow. That is knowing
Christ. Knowing His teachings. Do good deeds. Love one another and etc . . . .
Isn't it nice to be governed by your parents in Gods way.
If its true that you are converted from a Christian life to a Misotheist, then i'm a bit convinced that there
might be some problems that triggers you to do so.
you are speaking like you know me already. keep that pity for yourself.Originally Posted by ej___
my point was, if your parents were muslims...you would'nt be inclined to christianiy. just like if you were born somewhere eles with non-christian beliefs.
you would'nt hear that from a muslim/buddhist/etc parent now would we.Everything means, including the best choice of religion they want you to grow. That is knowing

where's the free will in that?Isn't it nice to be governed by your parents in Gods way.
there's always a reason why i abandoned my faith. but this is not the thread for it.*check other thread, i do share a little
speaking of my parents, they're cool with it btw. they respect my decisions, and they are happy with the way i live my life.
I don't know you, I'm simply asking the way you are presenting your beliefs. I really pity those who turned their backs on their religion.Originally Posted by anti-christ

I know you do know Christ deep inside. You're just rejecting that feeling because you want a physical evidence. Like, i don't believe in things that i don't see with my own eyes. We'll, i cannot see my brains too with my own eyes, then i don't believe i have a brain to think all this too.
A fallacy isn't it? And there goes Science to prove that you need not only your eyes to see that one has a brain.
Does Science already disapproved God's existence?
or present Science knowledge is way too low that needs to be upgraded to something much higher than anyone could ever imagine.
Well, that's good for you if your parent's are happy about it.Originally Posted by anti-christ
It's really convincing that they want what's best for you. Maybe they leave it all up to you for as long as you are happy.
Anyway, have you convinced your parents to turned their backs on their religion too? If not, then your religion may not be that good and convincing. Respect might be there but maybe, deep inside of them, they don't like the way their son is up to.
That's mostly the parents point of view.
yes i believe in GOD and i know that i have done him wrong when i did not go to church anymore my life was so miserable im just glad that its over now and my life has turned for the good. blessings have arrived and im always in a happy disposition lahi ra gyud kung mosimba ka. now i can pursue my hobbies that i always wanted when i was a teenager but i could not afford or my parents would not support me kay i think it was the will of GOD nganu wa ko mo go to church every sunday. so to anyone who can read this nga di motoo ni GOD or di mo hatag ug time niya pls change kay ma miserable inyo kinabuhi. If you believe him honor him every sunday kay mao raman iya gipangayo sunday ra gyud 1 day out of 7 days then go to church and give tithes or offering to him and dakon gyud nimo ug hatag kay ginoo gud na then you will see the change in your life! Amen!
simple... god is energy
an energy in the atoms in every living things
what is energy , it cannot be created nor destroyed
what is a god, (christ, buddha, allah ) - cannot be created nor destroyed
the universe only of matter and energy . which formed galaxies and a very wonderful planet earth.
I rest my case.Originally Posted by SPRINGFIELD_XD_40
