you just go to the palace of justice/kapitolyo ba, where there are courts and judges. you can ask from the people working there. for your baseline sa prices kay basin pakyawn ka or hothotan ka, could be 15000. i had a friend nga all set tanan and gave that amount. although, it should be lesser but that has become a little business which has been an issue in the papers months ago and na stop gani og kajot ang civil marriages in court. so, check it again..okay..
