Now lang ko naka notice na nahimong WF788 nalang naa sa transaction history sa portal.. I complained just now why I was degraded.. I'm paying them 999 monthly unya tagaan ra ko og 788 diay..mao cguro dili na molapas og 256kbps akong speed.. grrrrr

try ug isolate, tingalig cable or nic problem lang.
Visual inspection pud sa direction sa antenna, duol ka sa site?
usually kung no connection, down ang site.

ipconfig

if you have no ipadd in ur NIC, check daw if naa power imo PoE that powers ur canopy sa gawas.

reset ur canopy

canang limited or no connectivity, wala ka tagai ug ipaddress...

i did complain via email a week ago.. no reply. then tonight, i did call CS na jud.. ingnan pa ko kung ng request ba ko og change plan.. nikalit man lang gani.. mao daw gihatag na activation sa akoa ang WF788.. pero akong bill today 999 lang gihapon. im paying for WF999 pero ang gihatag sa akoa WF788..

i won't complain kung gi degrade ko nila, pero dapat 788 pod akong bayaran ra. pero its not.. la daw authority CS mga ingon ani.. generate nalang xa report.. and better daw i'll visit the wireless center.. haaayyy.. ka walay klaro napod nang mga tawo sa wireless center..mga walay knowledge..
