MANILA (AP) - Most residents in Metro Manila believe President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo ordered an election official to cheat during last year's polls and want wiretaps of her talking to the official aired in public, according to a survey released Friday.

The survey by the independent Social Weather Stations was conducted after President Arroyo admitted Monday that she spoke with an election official before the ballots had been counted and apologized for the "lapse in judgment."

Bahagi ang rally sa demokrasya pre. Kung naabala man ang mga negosyante yan ay kabayaran nila sa ilalim ng demokrasya. karapatan yan ng mga mamamayan na ihayag nila ang kanilang damdamin at saloobin laban sa gobyerno. Wlang sinumang dapat pumigil nyan.

Pag wala nang rally wala na ring demokrasya.
