Apply the English Only Policy at home para maanad ka inenglish
Read a lot of books..if you don't like reading, pick on a book which has a lot of pictures..that would be a start..
Watch foreign films and foreign TV series...in that way, you can learn by listening to them...
Buy a grammar book. do a self study.

reading widens your vocabulary... practicing it will enhance your speaking skills... ako i've enrolled in a speech class when i was younger.. gamit jud kaayo in pronouncing and enunciating words.. i also read various articles, books, watch english movies, listen to english songs.. if there's a certain word i'm not sure of i look it up on the dictionary.....

Read a lot of english books that makes sense
watch lot's of movies or tv programs... I strongly suggest sitcoms for its lightning fast wits
Try writing an essay
Being fluent doesn't only require you have to be literally good
but you gotta have the wits and the right tongue and immerse yourself with the right english speaking crowd.
Don't force yourself to an american or british accent coz you might just end up sounding like you're a call center agent.

and oh...one thing....PRACTICE!! HEHE

lots of people tell i have good accent in english kung mag eninglis man gani ko...pero im not really comfortable at it. hihihi. kung papilion ko between oral or written, i'd prefer the latter.

yup naa gyud daghan good writers yet they fumble with words when comes to being fluent english speakers

diba usually mga lawyers they spoke of very heavy english terms and grammatically sakto ila english
pero perti sab gahi-a ug accented kaayo ila english...because they don' care if they sound western
or not ang ila lang is they can deliver what they want to say.
basta practice the basics ayaw sa na pa american2x accent kay mahug unya kataw-anan paminawn like
some or most they don't know nga ridiculously sounding and trying hard w/o their knowing and naka fait they feel cool and western. hahahaha

-observe gi unsa pag deliver nila
-follow it
-then practice, practice, and practice
