Kung wala kay mabuhat bai because someone higher than you is executing it then so be it but again I do appreciate your efforts to stop all the stupidity because I do trust your capabilities sa imong frat from your position . AKP still has time to function as an organization promoting ANTI DRUG RALLY from FUENTE OSMENA to CEBU CITY SPORTS COMPLEX attended by Vice Mayor Michael Rama and the PDEA staff . Hope to see more community projects in the next few days instead of frat violence .

UPDATE and GOODNEWS :

1. SPO1 Mateo Pascual was tested POSITIVE of the ballistic test as to what LYTSLPR claimed before that he tested NEGATIVE so he will definitely rot in jail in no time . SO as JOHN PEREZ , positive pod but then naka pyansa lang until the hearing starts 1st week of August .

2. AKP decided to implement " NO RETALIATION " policy bisan kontra sa kadaghanan but then seeing someone rot in jail makes us feel better . Dying slowly because of stupidity conpared to i headshot na lang namo , di maka feel ug sakit kay kalit kaau .

3. It was positively IDENTIFIED that the perpetrator in one of the wakes of our fallen brod in Guadalupe was non other than ERICSON PASTORFIDE and 3 other hitmens of TGP . They have warrants of arrest now and a couple of warrants for Mr Pastorfide a few months back . Taga URGELLO na siya and is on the loose now hiding from the authorities .

4. Any iSTORYANs who happen to witness or see incidents like these executed by MOTORCYCLE RIDING people of 2 to 4 in numbers wearing all black with backpacks are not VIGILANTES but TGP hitmens who are in the prowl to victimize AKP members . A reliable source told me that a couple of incidents happened already of sightings with the same descriptions I gave to those kind of people were found in the Ramos and Mandue area . Hope walay mahitabo na because we will be force to violate the NO RETALIATION policy implementd by the ALUMNI and the COUNCIL .

BTW, regarding pastorfide, he was already accused falsely once [take note only once] and he was actually issued a warrant of arrest even if he was in bohol because a so called "witness" pointed him as the gunman. I hope they are not playing dirty legal tactics because we also have topnotch lawyers, top 7 & 10 in the recent bar aside from the veterans. Konting FYI, lang.

Â* Â*That is according to the AUTHORITIES ( ballistics test ) . Powder burns or not , BALLISTIC TEST will over ride them all because thats where you will be accounted for pulling the trigger . Wearing a leather glove I believed can possibly do the trick of avoidingÂ* POWDER BURNS . I will not name names yet because the court hearing hasnt even started yet , all I can say is the info is from a law enforcement official handling the case and knows SPO1 Pascual personally too so their is no bias basis that could possibly exist . just the truth and the results .

Â* Â* If you are talking about the incident in URGELLO where he shot a guy inside the shower , then I think your information was wrong . He was POSITIVELY identified by someone who is not a frat member nor a relative of that guy he killed . Just a mere bystander who happens to know mr PASTORFIDE from the area as a troublemaker . If that is not the one then I dont know which incident was that .

2 Tau Gamma fratmen charged in Akrho’s slay


Two Tau Gamma Phi members have been charged with murder for the death of a member of the Alpha Kappa Rho who was shot along Aznar Road last week.

The suspects, Dino Arriesgado and Ericson Pastorfide, allegedly shot information technology student Janele Espinoza.

As early as the day after the incident, Homicide Section chief Mario Monilar said they already had the names of the alleged assailants.

The case was eventually filed before the Prosecutor’s Office the other day, after the companions of the victim pointed at Arriesgado as the assailant while Pastorfide acted as back-up.

Police said Pastorfide is a “hitman� of the Tau Gamma, he is also accused of killing another Akrho member in Sambag I last year.

Espinoza, an inactive member of Akrho was shot in the head and later died at the hospital, later during his wake four Tau Gamma members allegedly fired at the Akrho members there hitting Clifford Delos Reyes in the left leg and a 14-year old passerby in her left foot.
